At Feral Spirit Racing, LLC, our mission is simple: create a safe, fun, and memorable environment where dogs and their humans can chase dreams—literally. We believe dog sports should be about more than ribbons and rankings. They’re about building unbreakable bonds, running wild with joy, and always putting our dogs' well-being first.
Born from a passion for the sport—and frustration with unsafe practices we saw firsthand—Feral Spirit Racing was founded with safety as our top priority. After watching local events fall short on basic standards and seeing dogs placed at unnecessary risk, we knew something had to change. That’s when we committed to learning from professionals who value safety above all else and who run events with care, structure, and integrity.
Now, as a fully insured business and newly certified AKC CABT/CAT Judges, we bring an even higher level of professionalism, knowledge, and accountability to every event. Our judging credentials reflect our commitment to understanding the rules, upholding safety, and supporting every dog and handler who steps onto the field.

We bring all the equipment needed to run FastCAT and CAT simultaneously—smooth, safe, and efficient. If your club prefers to offer just one event, that’s totally fine too. We tailor everything to what you want.

What is CABT/CAT and FastCAT you might ask....
They are both lure coursing events for any dog over 1 year old.
CABT/CAT - which stands for Coursing Ability Test is a 600 yard COURSE (300 yard for dogs under 12 inches) where dogs chase an artificial lure which represents a fleeting animal. The dogs have a time frame and it's pass/fail.
FastCAT - it's a 100 yard DASH where the dog earns points for each completed run. There is also a lure the dogs can chase. It's also a pass/fail
